  • Free shipping is on orders of $99 or more, after any discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. This total will be shown under the "TOTAL" column on your shopping cart page.
  • If your "TOTAL" is not $99 or more, the Free Shipping option will not appear in the list of shipping options.
  • Shipping will be via Fedex Ground shipping (Up to 7 business days).
  • Valid within continental U.S. only.
  • Only applies to items with the logo.
  • Items without the logo do not qualify - this includes Melissa and Doug products.
  • If your order includes items with the logo and items without the logo,  shipping will be charged separately for the items that do not qualify for free shipping. You will be given shipping options during checkout.

IN-STORE PICKUP
  • In Store Pickup is Free. We are located in East Aurora, New York, which is just outside Buffalo, New York. Our address is 129 Elm Street, East Aurora NY 14052.
  • Once your order is ready, we will contact you by email. We will also let you know when we are OPEN for pickup.
 
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
 Shipping rates are calculated in real time based on the shipping options you select, the products you are purchasing and where they are shipping to. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery estimates are calculated on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Our shipping cutoff is 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday. Orders placed after our shipping cutoff time typically ship the following business day provided that the items are in stock. Out-of-stock items may be ordered, but may take 5-7 days before leaving our warehouse.
 
Standard Shipping Options
We use US Postal Service as our standard shipping method. FedEx Ground and Home Delivery are available during checkout as well. USPS Priority Mail is generally cheaper than FedEx for most of the items that we ship and is typically just as reliable as FedEx.
 
US Postal Service shipments are usually delivered within 3-10 days from the time of shipment, depending on the destination of your shipment. FedEx Ground and Home Delivery shipments are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from the time of shipment. Please keep in mind that these shipping times are estimates and are calculated from the time the shipment leaves our warehouse. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping method, location and the availability of products in your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
 
FedEx Ground and Home Delivery tracking is updated more frequently than USPS Priority Mail tracking in most cases. If tracking a package during shipment is going to be a concern, we recommend selecting the FedEx Ground or Home Delivery shipping option during checkout.
 
Express Shipping Options
FedEx Express Saver, 2Day, Standard Overnight, Priority Overnight and First Overnight options are available during checkout. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Canadian Shipping Options
FedEx Ground, International Economy and International Priority are available for orders shipping to Canada. You will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes and other charges that may be applied by customs. We have no way of knowing what, if any, duties, taxes or other charges that may be applied. Gift orders are typically not subject to any additional fees. If your order is a gift, you will be able to select a gift option during checkout and we will notify FedEx automatically when your order is shipped.
 
International Shipping Options
