Yvonne Wassenaar served as Chief Executive Officer of Perforce Puppet from 2019 to 2022, where she guided the company through a period of transformation and growth that culminated in Puppet being acquired by Perforce. During her tenure, she championed “fearless and open innovation,” helping customers adopt automation with confidence while expanding Puppet’s portfolio with solutions like Puppet Enterprise Advanced and Impact Analysis.
With more than 25 years of leadership in enterprise technology, Yvonne previously held senior roles as CEO of Airware, CIO at New Relic, and an executive leader at VMware and Accenture. She has been recognized as a Silicon Valley Woman of Influence, a WSJ Woman of Note, and a San Francisco Business Times CIO Award winner.
Today, Yvonne continues to shape the future of technology as a board member for companies including Braze, Alation, JFrog, Arista Networks, Rubrik, and Forrester, as well as serving on the Board of Trustees at Harvey Mudd College. Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing teams, she brings a people-first approach to innovation, helping organizations harness technology to drive resilience, security, and growth.
